Delicious Creole Caesar Chicken, comes out very versatile. Use the chicken as an entree, in a casserole, soup, sandwich, wrap, salad, etc.
Ingredients
- 1 1-2 lbs Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
- 8+ oz Caesar Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2-4 tbsp Creole Seasoning
- 1 Lemon, juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a container to marinate chicken for 2-24hrs. Make sure chicken is submerged for the most part.
- Put all ingredients in baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350-375 for 30-45min until chicken internal temp reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- When the chicken is done serve as desired.
