Sautéed Spinach Salad

Sautéed Spinach Salad – A simply wonderful and delicious way to add some green and enhance your meal. It’s quick, easy, tasty, and healthy!


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Spinach, fresh
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic, sliced or minced
  • Olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 Lemon, juice

Directions

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil till aromatic.
  2. Add spinach and seasoning, toss constantly as it only takes a minute. Do not heat so long it wilts down, just get it warm. Remove from heat quickly as the hot pan will cook the spinach itself.
  3. Optional: sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Great healthy side or bedding for other dishes.
