Sautéed Spinach Salad – A simply wonderful and delicious way to add some green and enhance your meal. It’s quick, easy, tasty, and healthy!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Spinach, fresh
- 1-2 cloves Garlic, sliced or minced
- Olive oil
- Sea Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 Lemon, juice
Directions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil till aromatic.
- Add spinach and seasoning, toss constantly as it only takes a minute. Do not heat so long it wilts down, just get it warm. Remove from heat quickly as the hot pan will cook the spinach itself.
- Optional: sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Great healthy side or bedding for other dishes.
