Kale Chips – Looking for a healthy alternative to the normal savory snack? Turns out some Kale, EVO, and salt can go a long way. I’m not a huge kale eater, or even a little bit of a kale eater, but I love these. Maybe you will love them too!
Ingredients
- Fresh Kale
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 375-400
- Cut Kale leaf into bite size pieces, not including the stalk.
- Drizzle Olive Oil on Kale and toss to cover in oil.
- Spread on cookie sheet and season with Salt.
- Bake for 7-12min until lightly browned. Can burn easily so watch closely.
