Kale Chips

Kale Chips – Looking for a healthy alternative to the normal savory snack?  Turns out some Kale, EVO, and salt can go a long way.  I’m not a huge kale eater, or even a little bit of a kale eater, but I love these.  Maybe you will love them too!


Ingredients

  • Fresh Kale
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375-400
  2. Cut Kale leaf into bite size pieces, not including the stalk.
  3. Drizzle Olive Oil on Kale and toss to cover in oil.
  4. Spread on cookie sheet and season with Salt.
  5. Bake for 7-12min until lightly browned.  Can burn easily so watch closely.
